We provide turnkey EV charging solutions from site selection and installation to software, service, and maintenance; making it easy for property owners to join the EV movement.About the RoleWe&rsquo;re looking for a motivated and outgoing Site Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you&rsquo;ll be responsible for developing new partnerships with property owners and businesses interested in hosting Universal EV Chargers.You&rsquo;ll manage a defined regional territory and spend most of your time meeting potential partners in person building relationships with owners, general managers, and decision-makers at hotels, gas stations, retail centers, and other commercial sites. Your goal: secure signed site host agreements and help expand Universal EV Chargers&rsquo; footprint across your region.Key ResponsibilitiesOutreach &amp; Site Acquisition<ul><li>Identify and target potential EV charger host sites across your assigned region.</li><li>Conduct in-person meetings with business owners, property managers, and GMs to present partnership opportunities.</li><li>Explain Universal EV Chargers&rsquo; turnkey programs, financial models, and the benefits of hosting charging stations.</li><li>Negotiate and secure site host agreements in alignment with company objectives and compliance requirements.</li><li>Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.</li></ul>Relationship Building<ul><li>Build and maintain long-term relationships with local business owners, developers, and community stakeholders.</li><li>Represent Universal EV Chargers at regional events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to drive new business.</li><li>Serve as the ongoing point of contact for partners in your territory, ensuring clear communication and professional follow-up.</li></ul>Coordination &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Collaborate with the corporate sales, deployment, and operations teams to transition new sites smoothly into the installation pipeline.</li><li>Keep detailed and organized records of outreach, meetings, and agreements using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).</li><li>Provide regular progress updates and market feedback to the sales leadership team.</li></ul>Market Awareness<ul><li>Stay informed on local market trends, EV adoption rates, and relevant grant or utility incentive programs (e.g., NEVI, CFI).</li><li>Identify key locations with high traffic potential or limited existing charging infrastructure.</li><li>Share field insights to improve marketing and sales strategies.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in field sales, business development, or territory management, preferably in EV charging, solar, telecom, or real estate.</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with business owners and influence decisions.</li><li>Confident presenter&mdash;able to explain complex programs in a simple, value-driven way.</li><li>Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with a demonstrated ability to work independently.</li><li>Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).</li><li>Valid driver&rsquo;s license and clean driving record required.</li><li>Comfortable with frequent travel (50&ndash;70% within assigned region).</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.</li></ul>Why Join UsAt Universal EV Chargers, you&rsquo;ll have the freedom to own your region, build lasting partnerships, and directly shape how communities transition to electric mobility.
