Step into the fast-paced world of Universal Studios Hollywood as a Wardrobe Attendant, where you&rsquo;ll play a vital role in keeping our team members looking their best. In this detail-oriented role, you&rsquo;ll oversee uniform retrieval and assist with distributing uniforms to employees, ensuring they&rsquo;re fully equipped to deliver unforgettable guest experiences.</p>

Your responsibilities include preparing uniforms for cleaning, placing clean uniforms in designated areas, and maintaining the organization and functionality of wardrobe inventory, lockers, and the wardrobe floor. You&rsquo;ll also identify and report uniforms in need of repair, ensuring all attire meets the park&rsquo;s high standards. With your attention to detail, efficiency, and ability to collaborate in a high-energy environment, you&rsquo;ll contribute to a seamless, professional, and dynamic wardrobe experience that supports the magic of the park.</p></div>

<ul><li>Oversee Portal operation to ensure a speedy check out process</li>
<li>Distribute appropriate uniforms to employees in a timely manner</li>
<li>Conduct quality control on all uniforms by conducting detailed inspections of uniforms</li>
<li>Move/transport all wardrobe related items throughout wardrobe areas as needed</li>
<li>Place clean and/or repaired uniforms in designated locations</li>
<li>Make employee name-plates, nametags and other badges as assigned</li>
<li>Perform tasks as required to send soiled uniforms to cleaners</li>
<li>Check-in clean uniforms from cleaners</li>
<li>Identify uniforms that need to be replaced or repaired</li>
<li>Close out lockers as instructed</li>
<li>Take full laundry carts and hanger rack to loading dock and replace with empty carts and racks, as required</li>
<li>Audit all areas to verify proper uniform placement</li>
<li>Operate computer system portals and perform data entry as required to perform tasks</li>
<li>Maintain a clean wardrobe area, which includes the wardrobe portal, lobby, locker rooms, break room, etc</li>
<li>Promote and provide extraordinary guest service for both internal and external guests; answer questions, offer information, and provide assistance in a courteous manner</li>

<ul><li>Must be 18 years old or older</li>
<li>Experience working in a customer service industry preferred but not required</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Job Demands:</b></p>

<li>Must be able to walk or stand for extended periods of time</li>
<li>Must regularly lift and/or move up to 25lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs with assistance</li>
<li>The noise level is generally moderate to high</li>
<li>Team Members are subject to a variety of weather conditions, including but not limited to: heat, sun exposure, cold, and inclement weather. Depending on the assigned location, work can be almost exclusively outdoors</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Schedule:</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Must be available to work at least 4 days per week throughout the peak seasons to include a rotation of mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays</li>
</ul>
<p><b>Pay:
</b></p><ul><li>$19 per hour (After 1,000 hours worked, pay increases to $23/hr)</li>
</ul>
