The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing accounting operations across all business divisions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance, and effective financial controls.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Oversee day-to-day accounting operations across all group companies.</li><li>Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.</li><li>Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and local regulations.</li><li>Manage general ledger entries, journal postings, and account reconciliations.</li><li>Supervise accounts receivable, accounts payable, and cash flow activities.</li><li>Coordinate with auditors during internal and external audits.</li><li>Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.</li><li>Support management with financial reports and decision-making insights.</li><li>Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing processes.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as a Senior Accountant or similar role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.</li><li>Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.</li><li>High attention to detail with strong analytical and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple entities or business divisions.</li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork skills.</li><li>Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary package.</li><li>Performance-based incentives and bonuses.</li><li>Opportunity to work within a long-established and reputable Bahraini business group.</li><li>Supportive, professional, and growth-oriented work environment.</li></ul>If you are a motivated accounting professional looking to take the next step in your career, we would be pleased to hear from you.Job Type: Full-timePay: BD400.000 - BD650.000 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Accounting : 7 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Arabic (Required)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Bahraini License (Preferred)</li></ul>
