<div><div><div><p><b>POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES</b><br>
Serves as an internal resource for department leaders to achieve business goals with measurable outcomes by designing and implementing learning and development programs that build employees&rsquo; competencies to optimize performance. Develops strong relationships at all levels of the organization to fully understand learning &amp; development needs to ensure University Health strategic plan alignment. Cooperatively architects, manages, facilitates, and evaluates development programs with a focus on results. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment as part of a cross-functional, highly creative team.</p>
<p><b>EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE</b><br>
Bachelor's degree in Education, I/O Psychology, HR Development, Organizational Development, or a related field is required. Master&rsquo;s degree or post-graduate course work is preferred. Minimum five years&rsquo; experience in talent development or organization development designing, facilitating, and managing learning programs at the leadership and program level. Experience in a healthcare setting is strongly preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Outlook.</p></div><br>

Talent Development Consultant II

<div><div><div><p><b>POSITION SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
</b><br>
Provides leadership and supervision to all technical staff that work in the Inpatient (not IV Sterile Admixture), decentralized areas. Assures that all requirements to meet JCAHO, OSHA and Texas State Board of Pharmacy are met with regard to inpatient drug distribution. Responsible for hiring, firing, training, evaluating and retaining technical staff in the Inpatient area. Assists the designated Manager of Support Services in all matters related to drug distribution and decentralized activities.</p>
<p><b>EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
</b><br>
Graduation from high school/GED required or equivalent experience is required. Some coursework at the college level is preferred. Five years of experience as a Registered Pharmacy Technician is required. Four or more years of experience as a Chief or Lead Technician in a contemporary hospital pharmacy is preferred. May substitute required experience as Registered Pharmacy Technician with additional years of management experience.</p>
<p><b>LICENSURE</b><br>
Texas State Board of Pharmacy registration required. Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) is recommended.</p></div><br>
