The Opportunity:
Facilities and Business operations is seeking to hire an Electrician I. This role is responsible for ensuring a safe, functional, clean, and efficient living and learning environment for our community. This position provides crucial support for the operational maintenance and sanitation of our campus. Some responsibilities include troubleshooting electrical issues, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and responding to service requests from customers and staff. The electrician will ensure all work adheres to national and state electrical codes while taking on on-call responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Conduct planned maintenance to proactively identify and prevent failures.</li><li>
Perform PM repairs (PMR) and corrective repairs to restore functionality.</li><li>
Install, maintain, and alter wiring, power appliances, light machinery, electrical circuits, motors, generators, and other electrical components.</li><li>
Locate and rectify power failures and electrical malfunctions.</li><li>
Maintain and repair fire alarm systems as needed.</li><li>
Assist with work performed by central shops, contractors, and other departments.</li><li>
Participate in Facilities Improvement and Capital Improvement projects.</li><li>
Complete work orders promptly, recording labor hours, action codes, shop stock, and trade notes.</li><li>
Report conditions needing further attention and update work order statuses.</li></ul>
Minimum Qualifications:
Completion of an approved electrician apprenticeship program; or a high school diploma and 2+ years of appropriate experience. Appropriate vocational or technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219(6).
Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in maintaining and repairing electrical systems within a commercial or institutional setting.</li><li>
Experience with university or large facility maintenance operations is highly desirable.</li><li>
Proficiency in preventative maintenance and repair tasks, with the ability to interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.</li><li>
Strong troubleshooting skills with attention to detail, and understanding of low and medium voltage systems, transformers, controls, and some fire alarm systems.</li><li>
Working knowledge of trade classifications, tools, materials, and tasks specific to maintenance and repairs.</li><li>
Effective communication skills in conversational English for interaction with customers and team members.</li><li>
Experience with Integrated Work Management Systems (IWMS) or similar platforms for work order management.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Familiarity with national and state electrical codes and regulations.</li><li>
Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends.</li></ul>
Health Assessment Required:
UCF policy requires completion and passing of a physical exam for this position.
Special Instructions to the Applicants:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $20.29 - $27.14. The final salary will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and internal equity considerations.
This position is eligible for 5% Shift Differential Pay of the pay range minimum.

The Opportunity:
The Manager, UCF Online Marketing is a high-impact opportunity for a strategic marketing leader to shape how prospective students discover and connect with UCF's fully online programs. As the Manager of UCF Online Marketing, you will lead the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing strategies and campaigns that drive awareness and enrollment across a portfolio of 130+ online programs. Reporting to the Director of Enrollment Marketing, you will work closely with UCF Online leadership, college-based marketing teams, and academic units to develop campaigns, content, and conversion tools tailored to the needs of online learners. Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy &amp; Management:<ul><li>
Lead and manage cross-platform marketing strategy and campaigns across UCF's portfolio of online programs, including marketing plans, channel mix, and investment across programmatic advertising, SEM/SEO, email automation, and landing pages.</li></ul>
Stakeholder Engagement:<ul><li>
Partner with UCF Online leadership, academic colleges, and campus marketers to align program priorities, enrollment goals, and marketing strategies across the online portfolio.</li></ul>
Content &amp; Messaging Development:<ul><li>
Tailor messaging for adult learners and online audiences. Collaborate with creative and digital teams to ensure high-impact content.</li></ul>
Analytics &amp; Optimization:<ul><li>
Monitor and evaluate campaign and program-level performance across channels, identify optimization opportunities, and adjust strategies to improve enrollment outcomes and return on marketing investment.</li></ul>
Digital Experience Alignment:<ul><li>
Partner with digital strategy and enrollment teams to ensure website and landing page UX supports prospective online student needs.</li></ul>
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219(6).
Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>
Experience developing and executing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including paid media, SEM/SEO, programmatic advertising, email automation, and landing page optimization, across a large portfolio of programs, products, or services.</li><li>
Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar tools) to evaluate campaign performance, interpret pay analytics, and inform data-driven decision-making.</li><li>
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Adobe Creative Suite, Salesforce (or comparable CRM), WordPress or similar CMS, and Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>
Background in developing marketing content and messaging tailored to diverse audiences, including adult learners or online communities.</li><li>
Knowledge of UX principles and conversion optimization strategies applied to digital content and landing pages.</li><li>
Track record of leading projects from inception to completion while coordinating across cross-functional teams, creative partners, external agencies, and vendors.</li><li>
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.</li></ul>
