Job Description

The Assistant Coach is a 12-month position that assists the Head Coach in recruiting, coaching and mentoring elite student-athletes for the Women&rsquo;s Basketball team, and providing administrative and organizational support for the program. Coaching and mentoring duties include assisting in the organization and implementation of the team&rsquo;s training program and practices; preparation of athletes for competitions; and attending coaching clinics and lectures as assigned by the Head Coach. The Assistant Coach will also participate in recruiting activities including campus and home visits, phone calls, correspondence, evaluations of techniques, etc. The individual will undertake administrative duties to assist in the organization and hosting of competitions, and complete other administrative tasks as assigned by Head Coach. 
Qualifications 
<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Kinesiology, Human Performance, Human Biology, Sports Management or related field required.</li><li>
Previous experience on a competitive level and coaching experience is preferred.</li><li>
Must possess extensive knowledge of the sport as well as its skills and strategies.</li><li>
Strong organization and communication skills are necessary to effectively complete job tasks.</li><li>
Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations required.</li><li>
Successful candidate must have an appreciation and understanding of the academic/athletic balance required of student-athletes at a highly selective and competitive academic institution.</li></ul>

Job Description 
The University of Notre Dame Operations, Events, and Safety (UOES) division is currently hiring for part-time Dish Crew Stewards within Rohr's in our campus Hospitality department. The UOES Division oversees the University's event management, hospitality, and customer service functions, while also supporting student life, academic initiatives, research activities, and annual milestone celebrations. 
 
Dish Crew Steward 
 
Join the dynamic campus Hospitality team as a Dish Crew Steward. This essential back of house role is crucial to the success of our operation, directly supporting cleanliness, safety, excellent food production and service. 
 
Key Responsibilities 
<ul><li>
Foster a culture of safety and ensure a safe working environment for all staff and guests.</li><li>
Lead and assist with cleaning all tableware and kitchen equipment.</li><li>
Support dish room operations, including setup, organization and cleaning.</li><li>
Operate the dish machine, ensuring proper sorting of trays, glass, utensils, carts and equipment.</li><li>
Maintain cleanliness and care of kitchen equipment.</li><li>
Manage waste, emptying all trash, cardboard and recycling containers.</li><li>
Collaborate effectively with the dish team on a daily basis.</li><li>
Assist in the reorganization of all kitchen and event serviceware to maintain efficiency and readiness for items to be used again.</li><li>
Assist with logistics, including loading/unloading trucks and breaking down carts.</li></ul>
