Maintain documentation in compliance with federal and local regulations, and distribute materials to local and affiliate sites.</div>

<div><div><b>Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)</b></div>
<div>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree and one to three years related experience with or demonstrated ability to learn federal regulations and guidelines required. Ability to make independent decisions in a fast-paced, regulated environment required. Ability to work collaboratively with investigators, staff, and regulators required. Effective written and verbal communication skills and editorial skills required.</div>

<div><div><b>Desirable Qualifications</b></div>
<div>Experience at an academic research organization, research certification (e.g., CCRP, RAC), familiarity with Click software, and experience related to oncology clinical trials desirable.</div>

<div><div>Perform business operations providing financial, budget and reporting expertise, advice, expertise, research skills to the Finance/HR department of the Dean&rsquo;s Office of the College of Medicine (LCOM). This position is a liaison with internal and external constituents. Work includes financial transactions, expense reimbursements, purchase orders and provide financial analysis and financial expertise/support to members of the Dean&rsquo;s Office and LCOM community in monitoring over a $100 million dollar portfolio.<br>
</div><div>Perform budget and actual analyses and compile and analyze data with Finance Director in forecasting, Develop and provide administrative, financial, and related reports as needed.<br>
</div><div>Resolve problems and perform policy interpretation for financial compliance within the college.<br>
</div><div>Assist the Senior Associate Deans in special projects. Provide guidance within all the Larner College of Medicine departments regarding financial operations, and provide training as needed. Maintain confidentiality and exercise tact, diplomacy and discretion when interacting with faculty, staff, students and other campus representatives.</div></div>
</div><br>
<div><div><b>Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)</b></div>
<div>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field and two to four years&rsquo; related experience in a financial related field required.<br>
<br>
Effective administrative, problem-solving, organizational, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills required and exercise discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information and interacting with a wide range of constituents.<br>
<br>
Ability to shift quickly to rapid change and work independently required and in a team-based environment when needed.<br>
<br>
Gather, analyze and assimilate information for the preparation of documents, reports and journal entries required and interpret policies and procedures and use appropriate judgment required.<br>

Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Suite &ndash; Excel, Word, Outlook , Teams.<br>
