Can you help us do that?We&rsquo;re seeking a passionate, motivated graphic designer intern to join our dynamic and growing agency on a part-time basis.Working alongside our experienced team in Downtown Orlando, you&rsquo;ll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of creative projects, including brand development, product design, print materials, websites, and more. You&rsquo;ll collaborate directly with senior staff to help concept, create, and execute meaningful work while learning the ins and outs of the design and development world.Must be available at least 16 hours a week, in the office &amp; remote.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING<ul><li>Creating graphics for: Branding, websites, marketing campaigns, products, posters, flyers, wall murals and social media for various industries</li><li>Conceptualize visuals based on requirements</li><li>Prepare rough drafts and present ideas</li><li>Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand</li><li>Use the appropriate Brand colors, guidelines &amp; layouts for each graphic</li><li>Work with brand directors to produce final design</li><li>Test graphics across various media</li><li>Amend designs after feedback</li><li>Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand</li></ul>OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE<ul><li>Creative, courageous, discerning, curious, and always willing to learn</li><li>A hungry creative that is idea-driven and passionate about design, layout, and typography</li><li>Highly organized and meticulous with an achievers mentality</li><li>Autonomous and biased towards action with a sharp understanding of how to bring ideas to life that connect with our audience and fulfill objectives</li><li>Strategic and thoughtful in their approach to campaign concepts and product launches</li><li>Proactive in reaching out to cross-functional team members to problem solve and keep projects moving forward</li><li>Passionate about the Unleash brand and our mission to help people never settle for anything that makes them feel less than their best self</li><li>Has the desire to learn and grow &ndash; thirsty for feedback</li></ul>SKILLS<ul><li>Figma</li><li>Adobe Suite: Photoshop &amp; Illustrator</li><li>Social Media: Facebook, instagram, TikTok, Snapchat</li><li>Strong concept and design skills</li><li>Brand &amp; Marketing Knowledge</li><li>Excellent verbal and communication skills</li><li>Excellent time management and organizational skills</li></ul>BONUS: Free Downtown Orlando Parking + Snacks &amp; DrinksJob Types: Part-Time or ContractBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Potential Full Time employment</li></ul>Schedule:<ul><li>Flexible hybrid schedule</li><li>1-2 days required in-office</li><li>Remote hours available</li></ul>Pay:<ul><li>Starting at $16-18 / hr</li></ul>Supplemental Pay:<ul><li>Bonus pay</li><li>Commission pay</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Graphic Design: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location:Downtown Orlando = In person &amp; RemotePay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hourBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
