Position Summary:</b></div><div>
As a Service Coordinator/Dispatcher, you'll be responsible for:</div><ul><li><b>
Answering service calls</b> from our customers.</li><li><b>
Communicating with 3rd party applications</b>.</li><li><b>
Assisting in dispatch</b> and filling in when needed.</li><li><b>
Reviewing technician work orders</b> for accuracy.</li><li><b>
Communicating with customers, technicians, and staff</b>.</li></ul><div><b>
Key Qualifications:</b></div><ul><li><b>
Prior HVAC/Service dispatch experience</b> is a plus.</li><li><b>
Ability to multitask</b> effectively.</li><li><b>
Exceptional customer service</b> and interpersonal skills.</li><li><b>
Excellent verbal and written communication</b> skills.</li><li><b>
Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment</b>.</li><li><b>
Strong computer skills</b> and experience with Microsoft Office.</li><li><b>
Completion of a satisfactory background check and drug screen</b> is required.</li><li><b>
Must be at least 18 years of age</b>.</li></ul><div><b>

Whaley Foodservice, LLC is currently searching for an experience Administrative Assistant to join our team. This position is responsible for meeting the daily, weekly and monthly parts and inventory needs of the branch location.<br>

SUPERVISION:</b> Reports to the Area Manager</div><div>

POSITION SUMMARY:</b></div><div>
This position is responsible for meeting the daily, weekly and monthly administrative needs of the branch location.</div><div>

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></div><ul><li>
Answer high volume of incoming customer calls.</li><li>
Open service orders as needed in the computer system.</li><li>
Close service orders for billing upon completion of order using the computer system.</li><li>
Assist in resolving customer problems/complaints.</li><li>
Insure return of warranty parts to corporate warranty department.</li><li>
Run daily and monthly reports. Submit reports as required to corporate office.</li></ul><div><b>
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></div><ul><li>
Provide technicians with any necessary information needed for their service calls.</li><li>
Route parts calls as necessary.</li><li>
Maintain clean and professional office environment.</li><li>
Performs other duties as required.</li></ul><div><b>
CONTACTS:</b></div><ul><li>
Internal &ndash; Daily with service technicians; occasionally with corporate staff at all levels.</li><li>
External &ndash; Frequent and regular contact with customers.</li></ul><div><b>
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:</b></div><ul><li>
A High School diplomas or the equivalent in experience.</li><li>
1-3 years of previous administrative experience combined with 2 years of computer experience.</li></ul><div>

SKILLS, ABILITIES AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS:</b></div><ul><li>
Strong windows based computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.</li><li>
Good verbal and written communication skills combined with good interpersonal skills.</li><li>
High level of accuracy.</li><li>
Strong attention to detail.</li><li>
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously including multiple incoming phone calls.</li><li>
Typing speed of 50 WPM or better.</li></ul><div>

WORKING/ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:</b></div><ul><li>
Some lifting up to 50 pounds may be required.</li><li>
Heave phone contact and computer usage (80% - 100%)</li><li>
