With a strong focus on in-house research and development, we build proprietary technologies that address India&rsquo;s defence and aerospace requirements while positioning the organization for global defence exports.Website: https://www.unnayantech.comRoles and Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and defence/aerospace industry requirements</li><li>Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives for technical, R&amp;D, manufacturing, and corporate teams</li><li>Handle end-to-end recruitment with hands-on experience using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, ATS, and other sourcing and HR tools</li><li>Ensure recruitment processes comply with defence, aerospace, and organizational security standards</li><li>Manage employee relations, including grievance handling, conflict resolution, and performance improvement plans</li><li>Ensure compliance with Indian labour laws, statutory requirements, company policies, and industry regulations</li><li>Provide HR guidance and advisory support to managers and employees on people policies and procedures</li><li>Collaborate with department heads to identify training, competency development, and succession planning needs</li><li>Drive performance management systems, including goal setting, reviews, feedback, and appraisals</li><li>Oversee disciplinary procedures, internal investigations, and corrective actions as required</li><li>Support leadership in building a compliant, disciplined, and performance-driven organizational culture</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field</li><li>Minimum 3-6 years of progressive HR management experience, preferably in defence, aerospace, manufacturing, or regulated industries</li><li>Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, statutory compliance, and regulatory frameworks</li><li>Proven success in implementing HR initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-accountability defence and aerospace environment</li></ul>How to Apply : Send your resume to hr.recruitment@unnayantech.com with theSubject line: Application for senior HR Manager and you can share me your resumePlease Share the Following Details:<ul><li>Updated Resume</li><li>Current CTC</li><li>Expected CTC</li><li>Total Work Experience</li><li>Current Notice Period</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
