What You&rsquo;ll Do:
<ul>
<li>Manage daily restaurant operations with a focus on flawless execution and guest satisfaction</li>
<li>Lead and motivate team members to achieve goals and deliver excellent service</li>
<li>Oversee P&amp;L, food cost, and inventory management</li>
<li>Train, coach, and develop team members while fostering a teaching and learning culture</li>
<li>Partner with colleagues, management, and vendors to promote team success</li>
<li>Ensure consistency in food specs, quality, and execution</li>
</ul>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For:
<ul>
<li>2&ndash;4 years of progressive restaurant management experience (full-service preferred)</li>
<li>Proven leadership and communication skills</li>
<li>Strong organizational and follow-through abilities</li>
<li>Experience with chain restaurants strongly preferred</li>
<li>A passion for hospitality and a commitment to excellence</li>
