Location: Dubai officeUnpack Agency is a marketplace growth agency helping FMCG brands thrive on platforms like Amazon, TikTok Shop and Shopify. We&rsquo;re a team of brand builders and marketplace operators working hands-on with exciting startups and challenger brands across Europe and the GCC.We&rsquo;re now looking for a graduate level entry TikTok Shop brand assistant. You&rsquo;ll be working directly with our TikTok shop lead to manage our brand accounts, ensuring their products perform through engaging content, strategic campaigns, and coordinated affiliate/influencer activity.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist in managing TikTok Shop accounts end-to-end for a portfolio of brands &mdash; from setup to scaling.</li><li>Plan product launches, content strategy, and affiliate/influencer coordination in collaboration with our creators and clients.</li><li>Monitor sales performance, stock, returns, and content-to-cart conversion.</li><li>Review performance metrics and provide regular reports and actionable insights to clients.</li><li>Collaborate with internal and external team members (video editors, creators, paid media specialists) to execute growth plans.</li><li>Maintain strong communication with clients to keep them informed, supported, and confident in performance.</li></ul>RequirementsEssential:<ul><li>Strong understanding of the TikTok landscape and creator/affiliate workflows and how to scale product reach through partnerships</li><li>Data-driven approach &mdash; confident reading metrics and adjusting strategies to hit targets</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication</li><li>Ability to manage multiple accounts and timelines</li></ul>Beneficial:<ul><li>Experience working in or with an agency</li><li>Familiarity with FMCG, beauty, wellness or DTC brand spaces</li><li>Experience using TikTok Creator Marketplace, affiliate tools, or Spark Ads</li></ul>What&rsquo;s in it for you?<ul><li>Be part of a growing, founder-led agency working with exciting brands</li><li>Opportunities for growth as TikTok Shop continues to expand</li><li>Growing responsibility and career progression potential.</li></ul>Job Types: Permanent, FresherPay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Social Media Management: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>License/Certification:<ul><li>Visa (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Dubai (Required)</li></ul>
