Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Conduct English language classes covering Speaking, Reading, Writing, and Listening skills.</li><li>Train students in grammar, vocabulary building, sentence formation, and communication skills.</li><li>Prepare lesson plans, training materials, worksheets, and assessments.</li><li>Improve students&rsquo; confidence in public speaking, group discussions, and interviews.</li><li>Track student progress and maintain proper records and reports.</li><li>Provide personalized guidance and feedback to weak learners.</li><li>Ensure discipline, punctuality, and effective classroom management.</li><li>Coordinate with center staff for smooth batch operations.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Graduate/Postgraduate in English or any relevant stream.</li><li>Strong command of spoken and written English.</li><li>Prior experience as an English/Soft Skill trainer preferred.</li><li>Good presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to handle diverse learning levels.</li></ul>Additional Expectations:<ul><li>Positive attitude and student-centric approach.</li><li>Ability to create an engaging and interactive classroom environment.</li><li>Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, online tools).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Diploma (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
