Job Title: Graphic Designer &amp; Video EditorLocation: lucknowEmployment Type: Full-timeAbout the Role:We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer &amp; Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics and engaging video content that aligns with our brand identity and marketing goals. You&rsquo;ll collaborate closely with the marketing and content teams to produce digital assets for social media, websites, campaigns, and advertisements.Key Responsibilities:Graphic Design:<ul><li>Create high-quality visuals including social media posts, banners, posters, infographics, and digital ads.</li><li>Design branding materials such as logos, brochures, and presentations.</li><li>Maintain consistency of brand guidelines across all creative outputs.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute campaigns.</li></ul>Video Editing:<ul><li>Edit raw video footage into professional-quality content for social media, ads, and internal communications.</li><li>Add motion graphics, transitions, animations, text overlays, and sound effects.</li><li>Manage video assets and maintain an organized archive.</li><li>Optimize videos for different platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Design, Media, Communication, or a related field (preferred).</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of proven experience in graphic design and video editing.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools.</li><li>Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.</li><li>Creative mindset with attention to detail and storytelling ability.</li></ul>Preferred Skills:<ul><li>Experience with motion graphics and animation.</li><li>Basic knowledge of photography or videography.</li><li>Familiarity with social media content trends and digital marketing.</li><li>Knowledge of UI/UX design is a plus.</li></ul>How to Apply:Send your resume, portfolio link, and a short cover letter to up24netwokk@gmail.comwith the subject line: &ldquo;Application for Graphic Designer &amp; Video Editor &ndash; [Your Name]&rdquo;Job Type: Full-timePay: From &#8377;15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
