What You&rsquo;ll Do 
<ul>
<li>Meet with clients in their homes to understand their storage needs and style preferences. Design custom closet systems using our innovative software.</li>
<li>Create detailed proposals and estimates tailored to each project.</li>
<li>Partner with the installation team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.</li>
<li>Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the design and installation process.</li>
<li>Maintain attention to detail, quality, and client satisfaction.</li>
</ul> 
What We&rsquo;re Looking For 
<ul>
<li> Minimum of 2 years of experience in in-home closet design or a related field.</li>
<li> Proven in-home sales experience with a strong track record of success.</li>
<li> Comfortable using technology and learning new software.</li>
<li> Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li>
<li> Highly organized with excellent time-management abilities.</li>
<li> Self-motivated, but also a strong team player.</li>
<li> Valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable transportation.</li>
<li> Detail-oriented with a passion for design and customer experience.</li>
</ul> 
Preferred Qualifications 
<ul>
<li>Knowledge of construction materials and techniques.</li>
<li>Commission-based sales experience.</li>
<li>Experience in IN HOME SALES</li></ul>
