 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Deliver in-person lectures and training sessions in Data Science, Machine Learning, Deep Learning and related domains.
 
 
 &bull; Guide learners through concepts, case studies, and projects to ensure strong understanding and application.
 
 
 &bull; Collaborate with Centre Managers and academic teams to monitor learner progress and outcomes.
 
 
 &bull; Support students with doubt-solving, mentorship, and building career-ready skills.
 
 
 &bull; Continuously update knowledge and content to stay current with industry trends and tools.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Skills &amp; Experience
 
 
 
 
 
 
 &bull; Minimum 2+ years of teaching/training experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or related fields.
 
 
 &bull; Strong programming skills in Python and understanding of SQL, Excel.
 
 
 &bull; Solid grasp of ML/DL concepts such as Regression, Decision Trees, Random Forests, Ensemble methods, Neural Networks, NLP, Recommendation Systems, etc.
 
 
 &bull; Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
 
 
 &bull; Comfortable with both classroom delivery and online teaching (camera-facing).

 Strategic Partnership -
 
 
 
 - Partner with senior leadership to understand business strategy and translate into HR plans.
 
 
 - Workforce planning including forecasting, succession planning.
 
 
 - Contribute to or lead organizational design (structure, roles, competencies) to support business needs.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Employee Relations &amp; Engagement -
 
 
 
 - Address grievances, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions.
 
 
 - Maintain high levels of engagement and morale. Use surveys, feedback, action plans.
 
 
 - Cultivate company culture, values, inclusion &amp; diversity.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Change &amp; Organizational Development -

 - Track HR metrics (turnover, retention, performance, engagement etc). Analyze trends and make recommendations.

 Qualifications &amp; Experience -
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Education - Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field. Master&rsquo;s / MBA preferred.
 
 
 
 
 
 Experience - Anywhere from
 
 3 to 5 years
 
 in HR, with several years in HRBP or business partnering roles. Experience in multiple HR functions is a plus (recruitment, performance, employee relations etc.).
