Job Title: BIM Modeler (Architectural &ndash; Interior Fit-Out) Company: RITS Qatar (Ruby Information Technology Solutions) Location: Doha, Qatar Job Type: Full-Time Joining: ImmediateJob Overview: RITS Qatar is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeler (Architectural) with experience in interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing accurate BIM models, producing shop drawings, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project delivery as per client requirements.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and maintain detailed BIM models for architectural and interior fit-out projects.</li><li>Prepare shop drawings, layouts, and construction documentation.</li><li>Coordinate with MEP and structural teams for clash detection and resolution.</li><li>Ensure models comply with project standards, specifications, and timelines.</li><li>Update and revise models based on design changes and site requirements.</li><li>Support project teams with quantity take-offs and BOQ preparation when required.</li><li>Participate in coordination meetings and provide technical inputs.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Diploma / Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Architecture or related field.</li><li>Minimum 3+ years of total experience, including at least 2+ years of GCC experience.</li><li>Proven experience in architectural BIM modeling and interior fit-out projects.</li><li>Proficiency in Autodesk Revit is mandatory.</li><li>Experience in Navisworks for clash detection is an advantage.</li><li>Strong understanding of interior detailing and fit-out execution.</li><li>Knowledge of LOD standards (preferably up to LOD 400).</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</li><li>Strong coordination and communication skills.</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Immediate joiners are highly preferred.</li></ul>What We Offer:<ul><li>Competitive salary package</li><li>Opportunity to work on diverse and high-profile projects</li><li>Professional growth and career development</li></ul>How to Apply: Interested candidates who meet the above criteria and can join immediately are encouraged to apply with their updated CV.Pay: From QAR5,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you available to join immediately? The role involves lead generation, client acquisition, and supporting the sales cycle for manpower supply services.Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation &amp; Sales Support<ul><li>Identify potential clients for manpower supply and staffing services</li><li>Generate leads through cold calling, emails, networking, and site visits</li><li>Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and tender documents</li><li>Support senior BD team in closing deals</li></ul>2. Client Coordination<ul><li>Communicate with clients to understand manpower requirements</li><li>Follow up on inquiries, proposals, and payments</li><li>Maintain good relationships with existing clients</li></ul>3.
