<div>Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to lead brand development for our newly acquired personal care product category. This individual will serve as the brand owner for the product category while also overseeing the performance and development of two direct reports:
<ul><li>A Brand Manager - responsible for legacy Uplift brands product portfolio</li><li>
A Digital &amp; Social Marketing Associate managing all digital channels, including SEM, SEO, email, influencer, affiliate, and branded content</li></ul>
This role combines brand management, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth across both emerging and established brands.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Own the go-to-market and commercialization planning for all Uplift brands by creating clear brand, communication, and tactical opportunities to drive growth</li><li>
Drive retailer specific launches: sizes, fragrances, products while working cross functionally on the development of these elements including design requests, formula testing packaging, artwork, cost, as well as go-to-market implementations.</li><li>
Develop key sell-in storytelling of new / base products where relevant.</li><li>
Support consistent brand and messaging across full portfolio</li><li>
Manage digital and content marketing for Uplift brands and retail media networks</li><li>
Maintain 3-year product pipeline on current and net new portfolio opportunities</li><li>
Business/Marketing Strategy and Category Expert &ndash; lead key category and consumer insights that strengthen brand and customer brand adoption</li><li>
Lead key customer presentations on brand and consumer insights</li><li>
Champion key market deep dives where relevant</li><li>
Own POS forecasting for the total brand portfolio</li><li>
Category P&amp;L (New product pricing strategy, volume, expenses, product lifecycle)</li><li>
Lead consumer research initiatives that translate insights into actionable marketing and product plans</li><li>
New Product Development and Innovation Roadmap through stage gate process management</li><li>
Cross-Functional Team Collaboration</li><li>
Management and ownership of marketplace (Amazon) and retailer specific ecommerce (Walmart.com) Work closely with broker to ensure YOY revenue growth through varying campaigns to maximize ROAS.
</li><li>Continuous Cost Improvement programs</li><li>
Consumer and Retail Customer Understanding</li><li>
Develop and maintain product selling tools</li></ul>

Education Requirements:
A bachelor&rsquo;s degree required; MBA preferred.
Experience Requirements:<ul><li>7+ years of consumer-packaged goods product management/ brand management experience with a record of increasing responsibility and has been promoted to Product Manager or above.</li><li>Amazon management through direct and indirect (broker) management</li><li>Successfully lead new product development processes from concept inception through market introduction. 5+ years of profit and loss responsibility, including managing brand expense budget.</li><li>Experience in digital marketing &ndash; including social media, SEM, SEO, influencer, email, and affiliate.</li></ul>
Competencies:<ul><li>Positive attitude, team-focus, and resilient nature</li><li>Ability to develop and execute annual marketing plans, including advertising, media, and consumer promotion planning</li><li>Ability to develop new and existing item pricing strategies</li><li>Ability to utilize and analyze syndicated research data (e.g., IRI or Nielsen)</li><li>Experience participating in key account sales presentations and has demonstrated strengths in working closely with Sales department</li></ul>
