 Job Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee day-to-day production activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and control production parameters to achieve quality and productivity targets
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety norms, and quality standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and stores teams to minimize downtime and rejections
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce wastage, and optimize costs
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle manpower planning and shift-wise production allocation
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure timely completion of production schedules as per plan
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain production records, reports, and documentation
 </li>
 <li>
 Support new product trials, process validations, and troubleshooting
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with ISO / quality systems followed by the organization.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Desired Candidate Profile:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Diploma / BE / BTech in Plastic Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Mechanical, or related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in plastic or polymer manufacturing
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in processes such as Injection Molding / Extrusion / Blow Molding / Compounding (as applicable)
 </li>
 <li>
 Good understanding of production planning, quality control, and safety practices
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong problem-solving and communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Willingness to work in shifts
 </li>
