Position Summary</h2>
The HVAC Services Field Supervisor is responsible for leading and overseeing daily field operations for commercial HVAC service and installation teams. This role ensures all commercial projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with industry standards, contractual requirements, and company policies. The Field Supervisor provides technical leadership, jobsite coordination, and team development while maintaining a strong focus on safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction in commercial and industrial environments.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>
Supervise and coordinate commercial HVAC service and installation technicians across multiple job sites.</li><li>
Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of commercial systems including RTUs, chillers, boilers, VRF systems, cooling towers, air handlers, and controls.</li><li>
Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within scope, and in accordance with mechanical codes and specifications.</li><li>
Conduct routine field inspections to verify workmanship, safety compliance, and quality standards.</li><li>
Provide advanced troubleshooting support for complex commercial systems.</li><li>
Review blueprints, mechanical drawings, and project specifications to ensure proper execution.</li><li>
Collaborate with Project Managers, General Contractors, and building owners to maintain strong client relationships.</li><li>
Enforce OSHA and company safety policies; lead regular safety meetings and job hazard analyses.</li><li>
Assist with manpower planning, job assignments, and resource allocation.</li><li>

Qualifications</h2><ul><li>

Position Summary</h2>
The Manager, Mission Critical HVAC / Mechanical Services Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and servicing mechanical and HVAC systems that directly support data center uptime and reliability. Unlike traditional comfort-cooling roles, this position operates in high-availability environments where procedural compliance, redundancy awareness, and precision execution are mandatory.
Technicians perform scheduled preventive maintenance (PM), corrective maintenance (CM), and emergency response activities on mission-critical cooling based on SLAs of 2-8 hours and mechanical systems while adhering to strict Method of Procedure (MOP), safety, and change-management standards.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on data center mechanical systems, including but not limited to:</li><li>
CRAH / CRAC units</li><li>
Chilled water systems</li><li>
Pumps, valves, strainers, and heat exchangers</li><li>
Cooling towers, adiabatic systems, and fluid loops</li><li>
DX, split, and supplemental cooling systems</li><li>
Execute work through our field management system using approved MOPs, SOPs, and change-management processes.</li><li>
Maintain system redundancy and awareness of upstream/downstream impacts.</li><li>
Respond to alarms, degraded performance, and emergency service calls per SLA.</li><li>
Document all work, readings, inspections, and system conditions accurately.</li><li>
