The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media channels, and building strong relationships with our online community. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence brand perception, grow audience engagement, and develop innovative marketing strategies in a fast-paced digital environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and execute compelling social media content tailored to target audiences across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter.</li><li>Manage daily social media activities including posting, scheduling, and monitoring engagement using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.</li><li>Utilize graphic design skills with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to produce visually appealing graphics and videos.</li><li>Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activities using analytics tools like Google Analytics and Web Analytics.</li><li>Implement SEO best practices and keyword research to optimize content visibility and reach.</li><li>Manage paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to maximize outreach.</li><li>Engage with followers through relationship management techniques, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing team on branding initiatives and digital marketing strategies to ensure consistent messaging across channels.</li><li>Proofread all content for accuracy, tone, and adherence to brand guidelines before publishing.</li><li>Track performance metrics regularly to assess campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.</li></ul>In order to be qualified for this position you must provide us with your social media handles (if any), or provide a good contact number.Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, InternshipWork Location: Hybrid remote in Arlington, TX 76011
