Responsibilities:<ul><li>Manage recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.</li><li>Oversee onboarding procedures and maintain accurate employee records &amp; attendance.</li><li>Handle daily office administration tasks and coordinate with management for smooth operations.</li><li>Assist in implementing HR policies and ensure compliance with company standards.</li><li>Support management in day-to-day HR and administrative functions as needed.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>1&ndash;2 years of proven HR/Admin experience (mandatory).</li><li>Strong English communication skills (written &amp; spoken).</li><li>Well-organized, proactive, and capable of working independently during evening shifts.</li><li>Ability to handle both HR responsibilities and office administration effectively.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).</li></ul>Time Schedule:<ul><li>Full-time position (On-Site, Lahore Office)</li><li>4:00 PM &ndash; 12:00 AM (Rotating Shift, 8 hours)</li><li>Flexibility and readiness to work evening shifts are essential.</li></ul>Company Information: Upepe Media is a USA-based signage and large-format printing company recognized as a leader in custom signage solutions.
