<ul><li>Certifications in food safety and sanitation, such as ServSafe or Safe Food Handling and alcohol training.</li>
<li>Highschool or GED equivalent.</li>
<li>Physical Stamina and Endurance-ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks in a hot and demanding kitchen environment</li>
</ul><div><b>Experience:</b></div>
<ul><li>Bartenders should have prior experience working as bartenders in a restaurant or hospitality setting.</li>
<li>They should have a strong understanding of front-of-house operations, including customer service techniques, order taking, and making cocktails.</li>
<li><i>Desirable </i>- Previous experience in a high volume restaurant.</li>
