<div><div>Human Resources Recruitment Specialist - Full-time 1.0 FTE Day shift position</div>
<div></div><div>Role Summary &amp; Duties:<br>
The Recruitment Specialist will assist the Director of Human Resources and department in daily departmental operational duties. Will work on various projects including, but not limited to the following:</div>
<div></div><ul><li>Responsible for both Internal and External Employment Advertising</li></ul>
<ul><li>Social Media recruitment activities</li></ul>
<ul><li>Internet recruiting</li></ul>
<ul><li>Must be familiar with Google analytics and search optimization opportunities</li></ul>
<ul><li>Experience with Indeed recruiting operations and analytics</li></ul>
<ul><li>Assist with formulating and making job offers</li></ul>
<ul><li>Composing written offers of employment</li></ul>
<ul><li>Full spectrum reference checking</li></ul>
<ul><li>Human Resources related announcements regarding personnel and news articles</li></ul>
<ul><li>Must have prior Applicant Tracking Experiences</li></ul>
<ul><li>Assist with new hire onboarding activities</li></ul>
<ul><li>Provide employee FIT testing support</li></ul>
<ul><li>Work with contract agencies and contingency worker assignments</li></ul>
<ul><li>Reconcile invoices for payments with recruitment services and agencies</li></ul>
<ul><li>Other duties as requested</li></ul>

QUALIFICATIONS:<br>
<ul><li>Candidates must possess strong computer operating skills including working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite package. Must be able to type with speed and accuracy</li><li>Prior human resources experience is preferred</li><li>Candidates should have a bachelors or associate degree in Business Administration or a Human Resources related field preferred or equivalent HR related work experience</li><li>Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Must feel comfortable educating and counseling employee(s) on HR related issues.</li></ul></div></div>
