Job Description:We are looking for a virtual assistant to help with SEO tasks. This includes updating the GBP and web profiles, adding content on websites, analyzing local search rankings and executing many of our standard SEO procedures.The position has two major parts: 1) You will be helping prepare SEO audits and 2) You will help with implementing the SEO plans that we come up with after analyzing the client&rsquo;s GBP and website.Therefore, an understanding of and previous experience with local search optimization is a must&mdash;both the ability to perform audits and to implement the findings on a day-to-day basis.Duties include:<ul><li>Analyzing GBPs and websites against an SEO audit checklist and helping create SEO reports</li><li>Doing keyword analysis utilizing Ahrefs</li><li>Conducting website analyses using Google&rsquo;s PageSpeed Insights</li><li>Updating Google Business Profiles with relevant company data</li><li>Scheduling out batches of posts on Google Business Profiles</li><li>Keeping track of posting schedules and ensuring we have regular content going out</li><li>Optimizing various online profiles</li><li>Making minor page updates on WordPress sites</li><li>Helping out with any other SEO-related tasks that may be needed on an individualized client basis</li><li>Helping out with other tasks in the company -- may include helping with project management, creating automations in Zapier, etc.</li></ul>Qualifications:Must have training in and experience with SEO. Must be able to speak/write English well. Must have experience with the following platforms to be considered for the position:<ul><li>Local Falcon</li><li>Ahrefs</li><li>GBP Optimization</li><li>Moz</li><li>Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console</li><li>Zapier</li><li>GoHighLevel</li></ul>Terms of employment:The job will begin part-time and if it&rsquo;s a good fit, will rapidly become a full-time position. You must be available between 9am and 6pm Central time and do not need to live in the US.
