Looking for a Visual Art Teacher (Part-Time) &ndash; UPLIFT, SoHo NYCLocation: SoHo, New York, NY Employment Type: Part-Time (Independent Contractor &ndash; 1099)SEND YOUR PORTFOLIO OR ATTACH IT TO YOUR RESUME FOR REVIEWRequirements<ul><li>Must be a legal worker in the United States (1099 independent contractor status)</li><li>Certified art teacher with proven credentials and academic background</li><li>Strong foundation in classical fine arts - old-school, not modern or abstract styles</li><li>Excellent communication and teaching skills</li><li>Experience working with creative professionals or tattoo artists is a plus</li></ul>Responsibilities<ul><li>Teach weekly fine-art classes to our professional tattoo artists</li><li>Help artists learn and apply new visual techniques to elevate their tattoo designs</li><li>Develop custom lessons focused on drawing, composition, and realism</li><li>Offer individual feedback and mentorship to each artist</li><li>Encourage artistic growth while maintaining the studio&rsquo;s elegant, fineline aesthetic</li></ul>Schedule &amp; Compensation<ul><li>Part-time: 1&ndash;2 sessions per week (flexible schedule)</li><li>Competitive hourly rate based on experience</li></ul>About UPLIFTLocated in the heart of SoHo, UPLIFT Tattoo &amp; Piercing is a luxury studio known for its delicate fineline tattoos and refined artistry.
