Upscale Home Care is seeking to hire a Home Health Aide to care for senior/disabled individuals in their homes. This position of a Home Health Aide requires responsible, dedicated workers, who are interested in providing for the comfort and well- being of others and see that their needs are met.
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Assisting the client with daily personal care such as dressing, grooming, bathing, and meal preparation.</li><li>
Perform light housekeeping around the client's home to maintain a healthy, clean, and safe environment.</li><li>
Engage your client in meaningful activities to promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being.</li><li>
Provide companionship and support with warmth and sensitivity to ensure the comfort and happiness of those in your care.</li></ul>
Requirements<ul><li>
CPR Certification</li><li>
First Aid Certification</li><li>
Finger check clearance card</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>
Strong observational skills to monitor client health effectively.</li><li>
Ability assist clients with mobility safely while maintaining their dignity.</li><li>
Excellent communication skills to interact compassionately with clients and their families.</li><li>
Must be reliable, patient, and possess a genuine to help for others</li></ul>
