Job Title: Online Bidder Company: Upscale Valley Location: Remote Timings:<ul><li>Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM &ndash; 7:00 PM</li><li>Saturday: 11:00 AM &ndash; 3:00 PM</li></ul>Job DescriptionUpscale Valley is looking for a results-driven Online Bidder / Business Development Executive with hands-on experience in bidding and client acquisition on freelance platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and PeoplePerHour.The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying relevant projects, submitting high-quality proposals, communicating with clients, and converting leads into long-term business opportunities.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.</li><li>Write customized, high-converting proposals based on client requirements</li><li>Communicate with clients professionally and follow up on submitted proposals</li><li>Understand client needs and coordinate with internal teams for estimates and solutions</li><li>Maintain records of bids, responses, and conversions</li><li>Meet monthly lead generation and conversion targets</li><li>Suggest improvements to proposal strategy and bidding processes</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience as an Online Bidder or BD Executive</li><li>Strong knowledge of Upwork and Fiverr bidding rules and algorithms</li><li>Excellent English communication (written &amp; verbal)</li><li>Ability to understand technical and service-based requirements</li><li>Strong negotiation and client-handling skills</li><li>Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset</li></ul>Preferred Skills (Plus Point):<ul><li>Experience with IT, Digital Marketing, Shopify, Amazon, or Software Services</li><li>Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking sheets</li><li>Understanding of pricing models and project estimation</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
