The Team:</b></p>
<p>
Upstart&rsquo;s Auto team is transforming automotive lending by building technology that creates a seamless experience for borrowers, dealers, lending partners, and investors. The team is responsible for enabling scalable loan originations while maintaining operational excellence, compliance, and investor confidence across the lifecycle of every funded loan.</p>
<p>
As the Funding Delivery Manager, Auto Loans, you will establish the operational foundation for funding delivery within Upstart's growing auto lending business. You will own the end-to-end funding delivery process, build scalable controls and reporting, and ensure funded loans consistently meet lending partner, investor, and regulatory requirements. Your work will directly improve funding performance while helping prepare the business for long-term growth under Upstart's bank charter.</p><br>

How you&rsquo;ll make an impact</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Own the end-to-end funding delivery process for Upstart's auto lending products, ensuring funded loans are delivered accurately and on time to lending partners and investors.</li>
<li>Build and scale funding delivery processes, controls, and operational reporting that improve funding success rates, reduce exceptions, and support regulatory readiness as the business grows.</li>
<li>Investigate funding exceptions, delivery failures, and reconciliation issues by conducting root cause analysis and partnering across teams to implement sustainable solutions.</li>
<li>Establish and maintain quality standards for loan files, ensuring documentation and data consistently meet lending partner, investor, and regulatory requirements for saleability and downstream servicing.</li>
<li>Partner closely with Product, Operations, Capital Markets, Servicing, Compliance, Engineering, and external stakeholders to design scalable funding workflows and drive continuous process improvements.</li>
<li>Develop metrics, dashboards, and performance reporting to provide visibility into funding health, identify operational risks, and inform business decisions while leveraging AI-enabled tools responsibly to improve documentation, reporting, and exception analysis.</li></ul><br>

<p><b>
Minimum Qualifications</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).</li>
<li>5+ years of experience in lending operations, loan funding, capital markets operations, or financial services operations.</li>
<li>Experience managing loan funding, delivery, investor reporting, or post-origination operational processes.</li>
<li>Experience using operational metrics and data to investigate process issues and implement improvements.</li>
<li>Experience partnering cross-functionally across capital markets, engineering, servicing, product and compliance teams.</li>
<li>Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools responsibly to accelerate exception analysis, documentation, reporting, and/or operational process improvements while applying appropriate human judgment.</li></ul><br>

Preferred Qualifications</b></p>

<li>Knowledge of auto lending products, funding workflows, and loan sale processes.</li>

The Team</b></p>
<p>
Upstart&rsquo;s Privacy Engineering team builds the systems, controls, and practices that help protect borrower, applicant, partner, and Upstarter data across our products and platforms. The team works across Engineering, Security, Legal, Compliance, Product, Data, and Machine Learning to embed privacy-by-design into how Upstart builds, uses, retains, and governs data.<br>
As the Senior Manager, Privacy Engineering at Upstart, you will lead the team responsible for building scalable privacy infrastructure and technical privacy controls across Upstart&rsquo;s AI lending marketplace. You will set the team&rsquo;s roadmap, grow and support privacy engineers, and help translate privacy and regulatory requirements into durable engineering systems.</p><p><br>

<li>Lead the Privacy Engineering team&rsquo;s strategy, roadmap, and execution across privacy infrastructure, data governance, and privacy-by-design initiatives</li>

The Team</b></p>

Unsecured Installments is one of Upstart&rsquo;s core lending products, helping borrowers access credit through a seamless, digitally native experience. The team owns critical parts of the borrower journey across offer generation, pricing, underwriting, funding, and borrower experience, while working closely with the broader lending platform that powers Upstart at scale.</p>

We operate in a high-ownership environment where engineering plays a direct role in shaping product strategy, credit outcomes, and platform evolution. This team works on complex, high-leverage problems at the intersection of software, machine learning, economics, and compliance. Recent work has focused on improving borrower flows, repricing and rate flexibility, partnership experiences, and the technical health of the platform.</p>

As a Principal Software Engineer, you&rsquo;ll help define the technical direction for a broad and business-critical surface area. The Team:</b></p>
<p>
Upstart's Product Quality team is responsible for answering a critical question for Upstart Bank: how do we know our lending products are working correctly, every day, for every borrower? The team provides independent first-line quality oversight across lending products and servicing experiences, evaluating whether product outputs, disclosures, credit decisions, and customer-facing workflows are operating as designed and in accordance with regulatory requirements.</p>

As the Senior Manager, Product Quality at Upstart, you will build and lead a newly formed product quality function within a newly chartered OCC-regulated bank. This is a highly visible greenfield leadership role responsible for designing the operating model, quality methodologies, governance processes, and team structure that will support ongoing quality oversight across Upstart's lending products. You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Compliance Program Management, Risk, and Operations leaders to identify systemic issues, strengthen controls, and help ensure examination-ready quality practices.</p>

The Team:</b></p>
<p>
As Assistant General Counsel, you will lead a team rebuild of commercial attorneys. You will negotiate and draft contracts covering a large range of subject matter, as your team will be responsible for all of Upstart&rsquo;s third party contracts other than those with its financiers/investors. In addition, your team will support the lending partnerships sales team at Upstart.</p><br>

Your team will support Upstart&rsquo;s sales team on all of their lending partnership work while also negotiating/drafting/structuring commercial contracts for every third party engaged by anyone at Upstart.</p><br>

Minimum Qualifications</b></p>
<ul>
<li>10+ years of experience practicing commercial transactions, including representing an in-house sales team.</li>
<li>Experience managing a team of lawyers and legal professionals.</li>
<li>Balances work as an individual contributor and as a people manager.</li>
<li>Prior law firm and in-house experience.</li>
<li>Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills</li>
<li>Expertise in contract law</li>
<li>Experience placing a lien on an asset and perfecting the lien</li></ul><br>

Preferred Qualifications</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Banking and/or fintech commercial legal experience strongly preferred.</li>
<li>3+ years of experience working at a highly-regarded national law firm.</li>

<li>Familiarity with true lender and true sale issues</li>
