Administrative AssistantJOB Description:Performs secretarial duties including but not limited to:<ul><li>Scheduling appointments and relaying messages via Epic EMR</li><li>Preparing charts, scanning and faxing in a fast paced environment</li><li>Works closely with Physician, patients, Residents, secretarial team and management to facilitate effective communication among all parties</li><li>Utilizes knowledge of medical processes and office procedures at all times</li><li>Works closely with Supervisor and Secretarial Team to ensure divisional coverage</li><li>Provides direct support to the Surgeons</li><li>Other duties as needed and assigned by Supervisor</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications:Associates Degree or pertinent college level courses and two years of administrative/office management experience. EMR Experience preferred. Orthopedic practice knowledge preferred.
