 Uptempo is looking for a Social Media Content Creator to own the creation, quality, and performance of content across multiple brands.
 
 
 
 
 
 This role goes beyond just shooting video&mdash;you&rsquo;ll be responsible for building content end-to-end: ideation, video, graphics, editing, and delivery. The goal is simple: create content that captures attention, aligns with brand standards, and drives results.

 What You&rsquo;ll Do
 
 
 
 
 
 Content Planning
 
 
 &bull; Develop content ideas aligned with brand and campaign strategy
 
 
 &bull; Build shot lists, content plans, and production outlines
 
 
 &bull; Coordinate schedules and production logistics
 
 
 
 
 
 Content Creation (Video + Graphics)
 
 
 &bull; Shoot and produce video/photo content for social platforms
 
 
 &bull; Design supporting graphics and visual assets
 
 
 &bull; Execute content efficiently with a high standard of quality
 
 
 
 
 
 Editing &amp; Delivery
 
 
 &bull; Edit short-form and long-form content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts, etc.)
 
 
 &bull; Ensure all content meets brand and platform standards
 
 
 &bull; Deliver finalized assets on time and organized
 
 
 
 
 
 Creative Direction
 
 
 &bull; Maintain consistency across all content and brands
 
 
 &bull; Develop hooks, angles, and storytelling frameworks
 
 
 &bull; Continuously improve content quality and performance
