 Role Summary
 
 
 
 Lead the strategy and delivery of
 
 operator-assist AI agents
 
 that reduce cognitive load, accelerate decision-making, and improve reliability/throughput. You&rsquo;ll partner with Data Science/ML, Engineering, Design, and SMEs to ship
 
 safe, measurable
 
 AI capabilities grounded in plant workflows and industrial data.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What you&rsquo;ll build
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 Ask &amp; Explain Agents
 
 &ndash; NL answers with citations to plant data/knowledge.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Detect &amp; Triage Agents
 
 &ndash; Prioritize signals, cluster issues, surface &ldquo;what first&rdquo; with rationale.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Diagnose &amp; Advise Agents
 
 &ndash; Hypotheses, likely causes, and safe next steps with evidence trails.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Optimize &amp; Plan Agents
 
 &ndash; Suggestions for run-windows, guardrails, or maintenance planning.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Automate &amp; Document Agents
 
 &ndash; Draft shift notes/reports, pre-fill tickets&mdash;always human-in-the-loop.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Learn &amp; Improve Agents
 
 &ndash; Capture operator feedback and post-event learnings under governance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Principles:
 
 explainability, role-based access, auditability, human confirmation
 
 before actions.
 </li>

 Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Translate operator/reliability
 
 jobs-to-be-done
 
 into agent capabilities, success criteria, and safe workflows.
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with DS/ML on
 
 retrieval &amp; evaluation
 
 (offline/online), quality bars (task success, time-to-answer), and
 
 safety
 
 (hallucination gating, RBAC/ABAC, audit).
 </li>
 <li>
 Define data needs across
 
 time-series, events/alarms, asset hierarchies, procedures/docs
 
 ; guide pragmatic integrations (historians, SCADA/MES, CMMS/EAM).
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive
 
 pilots via feature flags
 
 , scale what works, publish internal playbooks and customer-approved case studies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support GTM with value narratives (noise&darr;, MTTR&darr;, throughput/energy&uarr;) without disclosing feature roadmaps.
 </li>

 Qualifications
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Required
 
 
 
 <ul>

 7&ndash;12 years
 
 in Product Management, including
 
 3+ years
 
 shipping AI/ML or GenAI experiences (assistants, retrieval/RAG, agentic workflows)
 
 in production

 <li>
 Industrial/process domain fluency in
 
 Oil &amp; Gas, Power Generation, or Chemicals
 
 (reliability, predictive maintenance, maintenance operations).
 </li>
 <li>
 Data/platform literacy: time-series historians,
 
 events/alarms
 
 , asset models; familiarity with
 
 SCADA/MES
 
 and
 
 CMMS/EAM
 
 concepts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven collaboration with DS/ML on prompts/retrieval design, evaluation datasets, online experiments, and safety/guardrails.
 </li>
 <li>
 Enterprise SaaS delivery: discovery &rarr; PRD &rarr; beta &rarr; GA; adoption instrumentation and outcome metrics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication; track record driving cross-functional alignment with Eng/DS/Design/GTM and customers.
 </li>
