About the Role:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant (Female) to manage day-to-day financial operations, maintain accurate books of accounts, and ensure compliance with statutory and tax regulations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally and Zoho Books, strong analytical skills, and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Record and maintain daily accounting transactions using Tally ERP and Zoho Books.</li><li>Prepare and maintain general ledgers, journal entries, and reconciliation statements.</li><li>Handle accounts payable/receivable, invoicing, and vendor payments.</li><li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.</li><li>Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.</li><li>Coordinate with auditors for yearly audits and financial reviews.</li><li>Track and manage company expenses, petty cash, and reimbursements.</li><li>Ensure accurate and timely closing of books of accounts.</li><li>Support management with financial data, analysis, and reporting.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com / M.Com preferred only classroom).</li><li>2&ndash;5 years of accounting experience.</li><li>Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 / Tally Prime and Zoho Books (mandatory).</li><li>Knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian taxation system.</li><li>Excellent command of Excel and MS Office tools.</li><li>Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.</li><li>Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly.</li></ul>Preferred Attributes:<ul><li>Experience working with SMEs or service-based organizations.</li><li>Familiarity with Zoho ecosystem (Zoho CRM, Zoho Expense, etc.) will be an advantage.</li><li>Good communication skills and team collaboration.</li></ul>Salary &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>Salary: &#8377;25,000 &ndash; &#8377;30,000 per month (negotiable as per skills and experience).</li><li>Performance-based incentives and annual bonus.</li><li>Paid leaves and festival holidays.</li><li>Learning and growth opportunities within the finance department.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Accounting: 3 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
