A solid knowledge, communications skills, in addition to the ability of taking charge will ensure your success in this role.Responsibilities:Design/Office Duties:<ul><li>Preparing project work plan.</li><li>Coordinating with the design team.</li><li>Preparing BOQs.</li><li>Purchasing &amp; Procurement activities.</li><li>Sales &amp; Business Development.</li><li>Architectural plan</li><li>Exterior 3D and Interior 3D Design</li></ul>Supervision/Site Duties:<ul><li>Site supervision and project management.</li><li>Assuring Health &amp; Safety practices are followed in site.</li><li>Inspecting materials and approving/rejecting materials.</li><li>Preparing weekly work progress reports.</li><li>Verify work progress bills submitted by contractors and approving/rejecting it.</li><li>Liaising with contractors&rsquo; teams during projects construction.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering.</li><li>Candidate must have minimum of 3 years&rsquo; experience architectural consulting office or in a construction company or interior decoration fit out office.</li><li>Candidate must be based in Dubai.</li><li>Proficiency in English and Arabic languages.</li><li>Great work ethics.</li><li>Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.</li><li>Proficiency in AutoCAD and design related programs.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you available in the UAE?</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Architect: 4 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>Arabic (Required)</li><li>English (Required)</li></ul>
