A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role.Responsibilities<ul><li>Handle and coordinate active calendars.</li><li>Making the necessary arrangements for meetings between departments and or between the organization and the clients.</li><li>Compiling office records and updating the files.</li><li>Provide ad hoc support around office as needed.</li><li>Updates information of employees in HR database on daily basis and monitors any expiries of visas, labour cards, passports, and licenses.</li><li>Coordinates and oversees the day-to-day management of the office to include maintenance, and cleanness.</li><li>Liaises with the governmental bodies and authorities when needed.</li><li>Negotiates with vendors to obtain optimum quality, cost, terms etc.</li><li>Compiles documents for smooth onboarding and offboarding.</li><li>Maintains accurate filing system and control documentation</li><li>Managing all accounting transactions.</li><li>Compiles daily report and weekly progress report.</li><li>Respond and greet visitors in a welcoming and efficient manner.</li><li>Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor's degree or equivalent</li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to multitask.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.</li><li>Strong time management.</li><li>Must be based in Dubai.</li><li>Arabic speaker</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per monthWork Location: In person
