Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide exceptional customer service: Greet and engage customers, offer personalized styling advice, and ensure a positive shopping experience that reflects the brand's image.</li><li>Achieve sales targets: Proactively identify customer needs, recommend suitable products (apparel, accessories), and drive sales to meet or exceed individual and store goals.</li><li>Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising: Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing, adhering to brand standards for product display.</li><li>Process transactions accurately: Handle cash, credit card, and loyalty program transactions efficiently using the system, including processing returns and exchanges.</li><li>Build and maintain customer relationships: Utilize clienteling techniques to capture customer information, follow up on purchases, and encourage repeat business and loyalty.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role (minimum 1-2 years preferred).</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Minimum qualification should be intermediate.</li></ul>Timings : 10 hours ShiftLocation : CliftonJob Type: Full-timePay: Rs33,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
