 Role Description
 
 
 
 This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Associate located in Dubai at Urban Company. Senior Associates will be responsible for lead generation, market research, and attacking key strategic problems/ opportunities that will unlock growth for UC in the UAE.
 
 
 This incumbent will also work closely with our suppliers &amp; business partners and help them scale their business on Urban Company.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 What will you do:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 End-to-end ownership of select-service categories for service quality &amp; growth
 </li>
 <li>
 Be a strategic thought partner in regards to operations and business development &amp; execute and run BAU projects end to end
 </li>
 <li>
 Be a visible and vocal influential champion for our customers and external stakeholders (service partners)
 </li>
 <li>
 Dive deep into the numbers and make data-driven decisions and process improvements to ensure growth
 </li>
 <li>
 Be a hustling multi-tasker. You'll be the go-to person for many key strategic and operational initiatives.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 What are we looking for:

 0-2 years of experience at in business/operations at high paced start-ups in the Middle East/Asia.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication skills: Will be in constant touch with business partners to help them grow on UC.
 </li>
 <li>
 Basic understanding of data analytics and data driven decision making
 </li>
 <li>
 Over and above - strong-willed, sharp problem solver and hands on!
 </li>
