Location: Central Park Housing Scheme, Lahore Department: Sales &amp; Marketing Reporting To: GM Sales &amp; Marketing / Admin HeadKey Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a professional manner.</li><li>Manage incoming calls, emails, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.</li><li>Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.</li><li>Assist the Sales &amp; Marketing team with client follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and documentation.</li><li>Record visitor details and maintain daily attendance and visitor logs.</li><li>Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication and support activities.</li><li>Handle courier, mail distribution, and office supplies for the front desk.</li><li>Maintain confidentiality and ensure excellent customer service at all times.</li><li>Support in organizing meetings, client visits, and marketing events when required.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.</li><li>1&ndash;2 years of experience as a Front Desk Officer / Receptionist (Real Estate industry preferred).</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
