Location: Kuwait (Full-Time)We&rsquo;re looking for an experienced Makeup Brand Manager to lead our product development, sourcing, marketing direction, and launch execution for upcoming beauty lines.Role Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop brand positioning, messaging &amp; launch calendar</li><li>Work directly with factories/labs for formula &amp; packaging development</li><li>Handle product sourcing, negotiations, MOQs &amp; costing</li><li>Plan import orders, shipping, customs &amp; regulatory approvals</li><li>Coordinate with marketing &amp; creative teams on visuals, campaigns &amp; PR kits</li><li>Track sales performance, pricing, margins &amp; competition</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>2&ndash;5+ years experience in beauty/makeup brand management</li><li>Understanding of cosmetic products, formulas &amp; shade ranges</li><li>Experience dealing with manufacturing (Korea / China / EU is a plus)</li><li>Familiar with marketing trends on IG / TikTok</li><li>Strong communication &amp; negotiation skills</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
