Urban Nomad Adventure, a PADI 5-Star Dive Resort, is looking for a local Sales Executive to drive partnerships and on-ground promotions across Pondicherry.Role Overview:Develop local tie-ups and promotional activities to increase visibility and sales for Urban Nomad&rsquo;s scuba diving and adventure experiences.Key Duties:<ul><li>Build partnerships with hotels, bike rentals, and travel operators.</li><li>Distribute and place posters, flyers, and signage at partner locations.</li><li>Set up road signs and manage local marketing materials.</li><li>Conduct on-ground promotions at key spots and tourist hubs.</li><li>Support sales growth through community networking and referrals.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Local candidate familiar with Pondicherry and nearby areas.</li><li>Strong communication and networking skills.</li><li>Prior sales, marketing, or tourism experience preferred.</li><li>Two-wheeler license and own vehicle preferred.</li></ul>Work Schedule &amp; Benefits:<ul><li>6-day week, 9:00 AM &ndash; 6:00 PM</li><li>Attractive Salary + 2% commission on confirmed sales</li><li>Training and growth opportunities within the adventure tourism sector.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Urban Nomad Adventure is seeking a creative and energetic Content Creator to capture the thrill and beauty of both on-land and underwater experiences at our dive resort in Pondicherry.This role blends storytelling, photography, and videography&mdash;perfect for someone who loves the ocean, adventure, and content creation.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Capture and edit high-quality photos, reels, and videos both underwater and on land.</li><li>Develop engaging social media and marketing content that reflects the Urban Nomad brand.</li><li>Plan and coordinate shoots with the dive and media teams.</li><li>Ensure all camera gear and media equipment are properly maintained and ready for use.</li><li>Bring creative ideas to highlight the scuba diving lifestyle and guest experiences.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Strong communication skills and a friendly, confident personality.</li><li>Experience in photography/videography (underwater experience preferred).</li><li>Basic diving certification (PADI/Open Water) or willingness to undergo training.</li><li>A creative eye for storytelling, editing, and brand content.</li><li>Presentable appearance and professional work ethic.</li></ul>Work Schedule:<ul><li>Dive Days: 6:30 AM &ndash; 4:30 PM</li><li>Non-Dive Days: 7:30 AM &ndash; 5:30 PM</li><li>6-day work week</li></ul>Compensation &amp; Perks:<ul><li>Attractive salary (based on experience)</li><li>Opportunity to dive regularly and learn advanced diving skills</li><li>Growth in adventure tourism and digital media</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;10,000.00 - &#8377;15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
