The Bartender is essential to our dining experience, providing high-quality beverage service that enhances guest satisfaction. This role requires expertise in drink preparation, speed &amp; efficiency and excellent customer service skills. The ideal candidate will be adept at working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere at the bar while being a team player.<br>
</div><div><b>Responsibilities:
</b><br>
</div><ul><li>Deliver exceptional service that exceeds guests' expectations, proactively anticipating their needs.</li>
<li>Welcome guests with a genuine and warm smile, creating a friendly atmosphere.</li>
<li>Address guest concerns with empathy and efficiency, ensuring satisfaction.</li>
<li>Accurately reconciling the bar cash drawer.</li>
<li>Perform meticulous cleaning and sanitizing of glassware and other bar equipment.</li>
<li>Recognize signs of intoxication in guests, responsibly manage service, and consult management as necessary.</li>
<li>Record all orders precisely, handle transactions, and ensure all sales are accounted for according to restaurant policies.</li>
<li>Answer guest questions about the menu and current promotions knowledgeably, applying effective sales techniques.</li>
<li>Adhere to all service protocols, including special dietary needs and food allergy precautions.</li>
<li>Foster a cooperative team environment and perform additional duties as needed.</li></ul><br>

</div><div><b>Qualifications:</b></div>

<ul><li>Proven experience in beverage preparation according to established recipes and standards.</li>
<li>Ability to stock and maintain sufficient levels of bar supplies, including alcohol, glassware, ice, and other necessary items.</li>
<li>Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.</li>
<li>Skilled in managing a full bar top and handling orders from the cocktail station and dining area efficiently.</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a high-pressure environment.</li>
<li>Comfortable working in tight spaces with fluctuating noise and temperature levels.</li>
<li>Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and standing or walking during the entire shift.</li>
<li>At least 2 years experience in a high volume environment.</li></ul><br>
