We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations.Position: Regional Sales Manager (RSM)Department: Sales &amp; MarketingLocation: Karachi,Sindh, Pakistan.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve regional targets.</li><li>Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and achieve KPIs.</li><li>Manage and expand business in Modern Trade channels with strong relationships in the market.</li><li>Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.</li><li>Ensure proper execution of trade marketing &amp; promotional activities in the assigned region.</li><li>Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and business partners.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Education: Minimum Graduation (MBA preferred).</li><li>Experience: At least 5 years of proven experience in Modern Trade Sales.</li><li>Strong negotiation, communication, and team management skills.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).</li><li>Willingness to travel within the assigned region.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary.</li><li>Performance-based commission.</li><li>Fuel allowance.</li><li>Professional growth opportunities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Rs75,000.00 - Rs85,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Modern Trade Sales: 5 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
