 Role Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Partner with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs for design roles including apparel, textile, graphic, home, color, print, and more.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with Design Talent Team to source, share and match top design talent to their best suited roles across all URBN Brands.
 </li>
 <li>
 Source, screen, and engage top creative candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Behance, and niche design communities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Manage job postings, interview coordination, and candidate communications throughout the recruitment process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist in organizing and attending design-focused career fairs, portfolio reviews, and recruiting events.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate candidate records and track recruiting metrics using applicant tracking systems (ATS).
 </li>
 <li>
 Support diversity hiring efforts and ensure inclusive sourcing strategies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Stay informed about design industry trends and competitive talent landscapes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as one on site point person for the Design Talent Acquisition team, managing in person interviews and on site business functions as needed.
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Role Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 1&ndash;2 years of recruiting, sourcing, or candidate coordination experience; experience recruiting for creative or design positions is a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong interest in design, fashion, or lifestyle brands; familiarity with design portfolios and creative terminology.
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced setting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Some working experience with Microsoft Business Suite &amp; Excel
 </li>
 <li>
 A collaborative, curious, and proactive mindset.

 Anthropologie Home is seeking a talented and highly motivated Assistant Furniture Designer to join our team. This role is ideal for a designer with strong creative instincts, technical capability, and the ability to work efficiently and collaboratively within a fast-paced design environment. The Assistant Designer will partner closely with design team to develop innovative, brand-aligned furniture concepts from idea through product launch.
 
 
 
 Role Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 Design Development
 
 
 
 Create original furniture concepts that align with brand direction, trend, and customer insights. Contribute to both early concept exploration and development refinement.
 
 
 
 Collaboration
 
 
 
 Work closely with design leads and cross-functional partners to develop and iterate on designs. Effectively take direction, apply feedback, and contribute to a shared team output.
 
 
 
 CAD Modeling &amp; Visualization
 
 
 
 Build clean, efficient 3D models in SolidWorks and produce renderings in Keyshot. Utilize sketching and AI tools to explore and communicate ideas.
 
 
 
 Execution &amp; Workflow
 
 
 
 Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining strong organization and steady progress while meeting timelines in a dynamic environment.
 
 
 
 Prototyping &amp; R&amp;D
 
 
 
 Partner with Product Development to review samples, resolve design challenges, and contribute to ongoing R&amp;D in materials, construction, and finishes.
 
 
 
 Role Qualifications

 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Industrial Design, Furniture Design, or related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong proficiency in SolidWorks, Keyshot, and Adobe Suite
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with AI tools for design exploration and visualization

 <li>
 Strong sketching and concept development skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of furniture construction, materials, and manufacturing
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to feedback in a collaborative environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
 </li>
 <li>
 A strong awareness of design trends and the ability to translate relevant ideas into product concepts aligned with the brand
 </li>

 Portfolio demonstrating both creative thinking and technical execution
