Interns will apply academic theory, develop processes based on specific discipline, conduct research and perform analysis on assigned projects for the Training department. Interns will develop recommended solutions for assigned work and present findings to the team, manager, or clients. Strong communications and interpersonal skills are necessary to work effectively with diverse groups of people within the organization. An elegantly efficient process of performing simple to complex calculations associated with executing regulatory requirements, procedures, and guidelines is key to success.

Our Hiring Process
We are accepting applications NOW through December 1st, 2025. Our internship is highly competitive and will have different process stages during the application phase. Essential Functions 

 
<ul><li>Provide administrative support for the Training organization, including but not limited to coordinating scheduling, supplies, filing, etc.
</li><li>Assist with coordination of design, development and delivering of training and qualification material using the Systematic Approach to Training (SAT)
</li><li>Adapt approved training and qualification materials for different methods of delivery and target audiences.
</li><li>Work with applicable Subject Matter Experts (SME's) during the development of training material to ensure technical accuracy.
</li><li>Provide improvement ideas and critical feedback to the Training Department
</li><li>Use and maintain the Learning Management System

<ul><li>May 2026 through August 2026 (11 weeks) internship program
</li><li>Must be able to work at least 40 hours per week for the duration of the program
</li><li>Work location is Eunice, NM
</li><li>Supplementary group learning sessions
</li><li>One on one mentoring
</li><li>Opportunities for presentations and high level networking
</li></ul>Compensation
<ul><li>Paid Internship based on competitive market pay
</li><li>Company sponsored Housing &amp; Utilities
</li></ul>Candidate Requirements / Eligibility
<ul><li>Must be enrolled as a full-time student at an accredited college or university
</li><li>Able to work ALL 11 (May through August) weeks of the internship program

</li><li>Ability to start on the designated start date
</li><li>Must be organized, positive and have a professional demeanor
</li><li>Must be detail oriented and possess good time management skills
</li><li>Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
</li><li>Proficient in MS Office tools; databases &ndash; SAP
</li><li>Must be able to successfully pass a security clearance, background verification and drug free screening process
</li></ul>Compensation: $19/hour

Interns will develop recommended solutions for assigned work and present findings to the team, manager, or clients. Strong communications and interpersonal skills are necessary to work effectively with diverse groups of people within the organization. An elegantly efficient process of performing simple to complex calculations associated with executing regulatory requirements, procedures, and guidelines is key to success.

<ul><li>Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
</li><li>Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
</li><li>Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
</li><li>Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
</li><li>Assist in preparing HR-related documents and reports.
</li><li>Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed.
</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
</li><li>Provide administrative support to the HR team.
</li><li>Support digitalization of People &amp; Culture records, including research on records retention requirements
</li><li>Support transition to Microsoft Teams working environment, including development of forms, work process flows, automation.
</li><li>Support transition to Federal Contractor requirements, including updating of labor law posters, updating offer letters, etc.
</li><li>Support resolution of Quality Assurance audit from 2024 with review of completed action items.
