About the Role
USAgain currently has an immediate opening for an CDL B Driver PM Shift Driver Service Representative in West Chicago, IL. The Driver will deliver and swap TreeMachines and carts as needed. Run local routes to service USAgain collection bins and bring the collected materials for processing to the warehouse located in West Chicago, IL
Location: West Chicago, IL
Driver Schedule:<ul><li>
Work Days: Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays</li><li>
Start Time: 4:00 PM</li><li>
Duration: 10 hours per day</li><li>
Salary: $28-30 per hour, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.</li></ul>
DRIVER RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Operate Local Routes: Safely drive a box truck to service TreeMachines and Drop Spots, collecting materials and delivering them to the warehouse.</li><li>
Bin and Cart Delivery/Swap: Ensure timely delivery and exchange of bins and carts at customer sites as required.</li><li>
Unload Collected Materials: Upon returning to the warehouse, efficiently unload and organize collected materials.</li><li>
Overflow Collection: Manage overflow pick-up tasks as necessary, ensuring all materials are gathered promptly.</li><li>
Resolve Site Issues: Address site-specific issues, including bin repairs, repositioning, graffiti removal, and bin removal as needed.</li><li>
Vehicle Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure the box truck is safe and operational.</li><li>
Additional Duties: Support warehouse operations, including material organization and general assistance to the team.</li></ul>

Requirements:

This is a physically demanding position that requires a high level of stamina and strength.
Candidates must have the following qualifications:<ul><li>
Must be 21 years of age or older</li><li>
3-5 years of experience driving an 18' to 26' box truck for pick-ups or deliveries</li><li>
No driving accidents in the past three years</li><li>
No more than two tickets in the past 3 years</li><li>
No DUIs in the past 7 years</li><li>
A CDL B license</li><li>
Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs regularly (Total weight per route will range from 4 to 7,000 lbs)</li><li>
Capability to twist, bend, and engage in repetitive physical movements throughout the day</li><li>
Flexibility to work hours based on business needs</li><li>
Ability to read and comprehend memos, reports, and a variety of instructions in written, oral, and schedule forms</li><li>
Knowledge of safety protocols in both driving and physical work environments</li><li>
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening</li><li>
Basic computer skills</li><li>
This position is highly labor-intensive and requires consistent physical exertion throughout the day. Candidates should be prepared for a physically demanding role that involves lifting, bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods as part of daily responsibilities.</li></ul></div>
