Laderach is hiring a Part-Time Ecommerce Logistics Fulfillment Associate in our 5th Ave Flagship Store in NYC. This position will support the continuous operations of our marketplace business to ensure team KPI&rsquo;s, project deliverables met &amp; proper workflow.</p>

Laderach Chocolatier Suisse NA, is hiring a Part-Time Ecommerce Logistics Fulfillment Associate in New York, NY. This position will support the continuous operations of our marketplace business to ensure team KPI&rsquo;s, project deliverables met &amp; proper workflow.</p>
<p>
The Ecommerce Logistics Fulfillment Associate position is perfect for an individual interested in working within a fast growing and dynamic environment.<br>

 <b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><br>
<ul>
<li>Utilize various OS and ERP systems</li>
</ul><ul><li>Oversee management of inventory and replenishment</li>
</ul><ul><li>Reconcile Customer Tickets in a timely manner</li>
</ul><ul><li>Supervision of staff</li>
</ul><ul><li>Track inventory discrepancies &amp; coordinate solutions</li>
</ul><ul><li>Document key processes &amp; discrepancies to ensure continuity &amp; performance</li>
</ul><ul><li>Additional cross-functional operational duties as assigned by Management</li>
</ul><ul><li>Adhering to Laderach company Values &amp; Beliefs</li><br>

<p><b>Requirements</b></p><br>
<ul>
<li>Proficiency with tools such as, but not limited to Microsoft office suite, Outlook, Zoom</li>
</ul><ul><li>Ability to handle competing task, Communicate effectively</li>
</ul><ul><li>Willing to learn and take on new challenges</li>
</ul><ul><li>Comfortable proposing new ideas to drive efficiency, conversion</li>
</ul><ul><li>Adaptable, positive, curious, self-motivated, and solution orientated</li>
</ul><ul><li>PT Availability Monday through Friday 7 AM-4 PM</li>
<li>2-4 years of professional working experience in Ecommerce, Logistics, or related fields pref.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Possesses ownership attitude, strong sense of quality work &amp; time management</li>
</ul><ul><li>Food Safe/Handlers Certification is a Plus</li>
</ul><ul><li>Detail &amp; organization Oriented</li>
</ul><ul><li>Must be able to lift upwards of 40lbs</li>
