Position Summary</b></h3><p>
We&rsquo;re looking for a talented Senior Web Copy Manager to lead our copywriting teams and shape the voice of our brand across all digital and print channels.</p><p>
In this role, you&rsquo;ll oversee the creation of clear, compelling, and conversion-driven content for our websites, marketing campaigns, and partner initiatives. You&rsquo;ll manage multiple writing teams to ensure our storytelling remains authentic, consistent, and effective across every platform, including landing pages, blog posts, social ads, and email campaigns.</p><p><b>

Key Responsibilities</b></p><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Web &amp; Digital Copywriting</b></h4><ul><li>
Lead strategy, creation, and optimization of web copy across all company and partner sites, including landing pages, DMOs, OTAs, and tourism listings.</li><li>
Ensure all copy is clear, persuasive, SEO-optimized, and aligned with brand voice.</li><li>
Collaborate with the SEO and design teams to create high-performing content that supports marketing goals and conversion objectives.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Social Media &amp; Advertising</b></h4><ul><li>
Oversee all copy for social media posts, ads, and graphic campaigns, ensuring tone, clarity, and engagement align with audience and brand identity.</li><li>
Partner with paid media and design teams to develop cohesive ad messaging and visuals across all platforms.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Content &amp; Blog Management</b></h4><ul><li>
Manage and mentor the blog writing team, directing research, ideation, and production of SEO-driven articles and storytelling pieces.</li><li>
Work with the content team to approve the editorial calendar and ensure blog content supports quarterly marketing initiatives and seasonal promotions.</li><li>
Edit and approve content for accuracy, readability, and brand consistency.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Print &amp; Marketing Materials</b></h4><ul><li>
Write, edit, and review copy for print and digital collateral, including brochures, merchandise descriptions, email campaigns, and press materials.</li><li>
Ensure all front-facing content reflects brand storytelling and aligns with marketing strategy.</li></ul><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Team Leadership &amp; Collaboration</b></h4><ul><li>
Lead and mentor a team of copywriters across multiple content streams (web, social, blog, and print).</li><li>
Maintain and enforce a company-wide style guide and content standards.</li><li>
Collaborate with marketing leadership on content calendars, campaign messaging, and creative strategy.</li><li>
Track performance metrics for written content and identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion.</li></ul><div><b>

Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in English, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.</li><li>
5+ years of professional copywriting and content management experience, preferably in travel, attractions, or entertainment.</li><li>
Proven experience managing writing teams and large-scale content projects.</li><li>
Strong command of storytelling, SEO best practices, and conversion-oriented copywriting.</li><li>
Exceptional editing, grammar, and organizational skills.</li><li>
Comfortable collaborating across teams and managing multiple deadlines.</li><li>
Proficiency with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar) and marketing tools (Google Workspace, Asana, SEMrush, or similar).</li></ul><div><b>
