A Brief Overview 
 
As a logistic coordinator, customer satisfaction is a priority as it is critical to the success of the business. This position is responsible for overseeing and coordinating freight and supply logistics, shipping routes, and delivery to maximize efficiency and ensure customer satisfaction. Additionally, responding immediately to customer questions and complaints, and notifying them of any delays in the delivery schedule is essential to this position. 
 
What you will do

Load assignments for drivers and delivery helpers</li><li>

Driver file monitoring.</li><li>

Print and distribute work picks and consolidated work picks.</li><li>
Coordinate the use of outside trucks, trailers and transportation services, as needed.</li><li>
Administer all phases of time clock management.</li><li>

Logistics Coordinator

A Brief Overview 
The Administrative Assistant performs a wide variety of administrative, clerical, accounting, and related support functions for store operations and/or sales. 
 
What you will do 
<ul><li>
Perform various administrative functions including typing, filing, answering phones, preparing reports and maintaining records.</li><li>
Perform basic accounting functions such as invoicing, matching tickets, processing purchase orders, and functional payroll.</li><li>
Receive and date incoming production orders, process production tickets and maintain associated files as necessary.</li><li>
Operate the computer as needed for general reports and record keeping.</li><li>
Open and sort mail; process items as applicable.</li><li>
Order office supplies and keep records of associated costs.</li><li>

Administrative Assistant

<div>Founded in 2003, Professional Builders Supply today operates locations in the Carolinas, selling, installing and distributing residential and commercial building materials such as lumber, siding, trim, doors, windows, decking and railing. The company also operates a truss manufacturing facility in Fayetteville, North Carolina and provides turn-key installation services for multifamily applications through its PBS Commercial brand and for residential roofing and siding via SouthEnd Exteriors. 
 
A Brief Overview 
The Outside Sales Representative generates and secures new sales to increase the profitability of the company. This position maintains existing accounts while generating new business through cold calls and following leads. 
 
What you will do

Promote, sell, and secure new accounts for the company.</li><li>
Provide existing accounts with necessary products, time, and information.</li><li>
Assist with the selection of products best suited to customer needs.</li><li>
Prepare, coordinate, and communicate price quotations, terms of sales, delivery dates, and service obligations to customers/contractors.</li><li>
