A Brief Overview 
The Installation Service Coordinator works with the Installation and Service Technicians, vendors, and other staff members to coordinate schedules, maximize completions, and minimize days out to meet customer schedules. This person will provide exceptional customer service to deliver products and services on time and complete. 
 
Pay Rate: $26.44 per hour 
 
What you will do 
<ul><li>
Coordinate with Installation and Service Technicians, and/or vendors to maximize completions, minimize days out, and meet customers' schedules.</li><li>
Report on the status of service to sales department and managers, this includes daily entering of previous days notes.</li><li>
Coordinate with shop manager and shipping coordinator paperwork and manufacturing, staging or delivery of material for next day scheduled services.</li><li>
Maintain database on service requests.</li><li>
Maintain past due service part orders and invoice material as needed.</li><li>
Coordinate with Buyers for the ordering of parts.</li><li>
Arrange for outside service contractors as necessary to keep completions at reasonable levels.</li><li>
Work with others, internally and externally, to deliver products and services on time and complete.</li><li>
Work with other employees to identify and communicate barriers that keep us from achieving results.</li><li>
May need to train another associate to backup this position during vacations and illness and other absences.</li><li>
Submit, track and reconcile reimbursements from vendors for parts and labor on warrantable repairs.</li><li>
Properly invoice and bill for chargeable / billable service. Assist Credit as needed to collect.</li><li>
Create and update a procedure manual for the department.</li></ul>

Education Qualifications 
<ul><li>
High School Diploma or GED required.</li></ul> 

Experience Qualifications

1-3 years of office administration and/or millwork experience preferred.</li></ul> 

Skills and Abilities 
<ul><li>
Ability to handle interpersonal conflict, strong verbal and written skills, and ability to pursue collections as needed to meet goals of company.</li><li>
Confidentiality requirement - high</li><li>
Computer literate in applicable software and hardware applications.</li><li>

A Brief Overview 
 
The Inside Sales Representative assists with new and existing customer sales and provides product support to outside sales representatives. This position provides quotes and product dimension information, both in person and over the phone. 
 
What you will do 
<ul><li>
Respond to customer inquiries regarding product selection, placement of orders, prices and quotations, complaints, and scheduling of deliveries and installations.</li><li>
Initiate telephone calls to customers to generate sales.</li><li>
Obtain orders from customers and sales representatives; enter work order, credit return, return authorization, pick ticket, and service request; file paperwork accordingly.</li><li>
Coordinate purchase and delivery of special products. Obtains information on pricing specifications, uses and availability.</li><li>
Manage schedules for project by coordinating with outside sales, jobsites, and assigned customers.</li><li>
Maintains stock levels on the sales floor and in the stockroom.</li><li>
Researches credits, returns, and late payments as needed.</li><li>
Check on back orders and resolve any outstanding issues; solve billing problems and compile data for closing.</li><li>
Handles special orders and advanced pricing; assist with pricing and special price lists.</li><li>
Develop and grow professional relationships with customers.</li><li>
Resolve jobsite issues and customer problems.</li><li>
Comply with Company's attendance policy by maintaining regular and predictable attendance.</li></ul>

Education Qualifications

</li><li>1-3 years of inside sales experience preferred.

Skills and Abilities 
<ul><li>
Ability to operate computer, calculator and cash register.
</li><li>Knowledge of building supplies, applications, related equipment, and/or construction industry.
</li><li>Good interpersonal and customer relations skills and excellent oral and written communication skills.
</li><li>Should be familiar with inventory and inventory control.
</li>Must be able to walk throughout yards, plants and offices.
