This position provides overall coordination to ensure all company goals are met for a particular operation(s) and client(s). This position is responsible to participate in the contracting activities associated with Independent Contractors (IC&rsquo;s) that provide delivery equipment and transport products from our clients&rsquo; location(s) to designated locations as requested by the customer. This is an entry level position.</div>

<div>Individual tasks shall include but not be limited to the following:</div>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</b></h3><ul>
<li>Monitor to ensure all routes are covered, IC check-in is complete and communicated to the customer, and that routes run on time.</li>
<li>Create route pursuant to customer requirements. Ensure IC that accepted dispatch provides the delivery services, and communicate changes to dispatch department and IC&rsquo;s as needed.</li>
<li>Monitor dispatch board to ensure customer requested delivery times are being met.</li>
<li>Communicate any delays and/or problems to the customer and dispatch department.</li>
<li>Ensure IC&rsquo;s are providing services in the vehicle type requested by the customer.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with IC log in process and EC-mobile.</li>
<li>Work directly with IC&rsquo;s to assist with issues they may encounter while under dispatch.</li>
<li>Assist in arranging for STAT coverage for customers, as needed.</li>
<li>When necessary, will restructure routes as requested by the customer, to ensure on-time execution.</li>
<li>Ensure IC&rsquo;s are providing contracted delivery services in compliance with customer regulations.</li>
<li>Assist with contracting of IC&rsquo;s as needed.</li>
<li>Complete daily service reports as required by the customer.</li>
<li>Create and process administrative reports and paperwork as directed.</li>
<li>Follow up with IC&rsquo;s to ensure their paperwork is up to date, as needed.</li>
<li>Ensure IC&rsquo;s are providing services in a uniform shirt with visible ID badge, as required by customers for identification and security purposes.</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualifications - Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:</b></h3><ul>
<li>Basic MS Office Programs (Outlook, Excel, and Word) experience required.</li>
<li>Proactive and resourceful. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Independent judgment required to plan, prioritize, and organize competing tasks or demands that may be deadline driven.</li>
<li>Must maintain valid driver&rsquo;s license and clean, functional vehicle.</li>
<li>Ability to develop and maintain meaningful business relationships with customers.</li>
<li>Ability to <i>lift up to 50 pounds </i>on occasion.</li>
<li>Ability to work overtime as necessary.</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Qualifications - Experience, Education, Certificates, and Licenses:</b></h3><ul>
<li>College Degree or a High School Diploma with equivalent combination of education and experience.</li>
<li>Six Sigma Green Belt Certification preferred.</li>
</ul><div><b>Shift Days</b>: Monday - Friday</div>
<div><b>Shift Hours: </b>8:30AM-5:00PM (<i>Available to work extra hours, weekends, and holidays preferred</i>.)</div>
<div><b>Pay Rate</b>: from $18.00-$19.50 per hour (<i>Dependent upon experience level.</i>)</div>
