Job Description 
<ul><li>
Manage the daily operations of the practice including patient scheduling/registration, medical records, data entry, cash posting, daily bank deposit activity, office maintenance and computer systems.</li><li>
Supervise and develop medical office personnel to ensure maximum efficiency in practice operations including staff selection, onboarding/training, scheduling, and other personnel related activities.</li><li>
Ensure practice is providing the appropriate level of patient service including the resolution of patient concerns/issues.</li><li>
Manage, implement and maintain office policies and procedures.</li><li>
Oversee compliance related activity.</li><li>
Provide additional administrative support to the physicians through the completion of assigned tasks.</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
<ul><li>
Exceptional communication skills and ability to multitask.</li><li>
Effective personnel management including training staff and delegating duties.</li><li>
Thorough knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and other relevant medical practice regulations.</li><li>
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.</li><li>
Hands on approach to team building and willingness to work hard.</li></ul>
Job Type:<ul><li>
Full-time: Monday-Thursday 7am-5:30pm</li></ul>
Experience:<ul><li>
3-5 years of experience as an Office Manager in a medical office setting.</li><li>
1-2 years&rsquo; experience in Dermatology, preferred but not required.</li><li>
Experience with medical software and knowledge of medical billing and coding process.</li><li>
Proven experience building office culture and cross functional teams to enhance patient experience and practice growth.</li></ul>
Education:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required OR work experience equivalency (3+ years medical practice management experience)</li></ul>

Practice Manager

Busy Dermatologist office seeks a team player for a full-time clinical position. The medical/clinical assistant works as part of the health care team by assisting the practice provider in providing high quality patient care in a professional manner. The ideal candidate will be energetic and able to remain focused in a busy atmosphere while delivering a high level of customer service. 
Job Description 
<ul><li>
Assist provider with exams and procedures, administering medications, and performing tests.</li><li>
Assist patients with aftercare instructions</li><li>
Triage and process messages from patients, front office staff, and providers.</li><li>
Clean and restock exam rooms</li><li>
Cleaning and Sterilize instruments</li><li>
Collecting lab samples (blood, urine, ect)</li><li>
Updating patient medical histories</li></ul> 
Qualifications 
<ul><li>
Ability to maintain effective and organized systems to ensure timely patient flow</li><li>
The ability to perform phlebotomy</li></ul>
Job Type:<ul><li>
Full-time: Mon-Thurs: 7:45am-5:30/6:00pm, Fridays: 7:45am-1:00pm</li></ul>
Experience:<ul><li>
1 years work experience as a nursing assistant or medical assistant (preferred but required</li><li>
Knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA, and OSHA regulations</li></ul>
