 Roles &amp; Responsibilities
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Serve as field liaison between contractors, with various areas of, and customers as needed.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures contractors are working safely and to Standards and Specifications, processes and procedures.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure contractors are following provided designs and standards coordinating approved modifications as appropriate
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend and participate in preconstruction/planning, on-going construction status, and post-construction meetings.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform field investigations to follow up on work completed and respond to customer concerns.
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify, stop and report any contractor safety infractions to management and/or contract crew management.
 </li>
 <li>
 Meets with contract foreman to assist in problem resolution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinates contractor work with entities and various 3rd party entities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure contract work is performed in a safe and timely manner, meeting expected deadlines, and as economically efficient as possible.
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicates with designers and other stakeholders regarding all changes made in the field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Conducts inspections of Overhead Lines.
 </li>
 <li>
 Plans, coordinates and tracks work assigned to contractors.
 </li>
 <li>
 Performs other duties as assigned.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Education &amp; Experience
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 High School Diploma or GED
 </li>
 <li>
 Aptitude and experience in reading and interpreting constructions designs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to understand safety and company policies and standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Dedicated and flexible with work time as needed to meet the business needs of work area
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work Emergency Call Out
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of construction standards and safety guidelines
 </li>
 <li>
 Extensive experience in Overhead construction
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in Overhead construction
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience as an Overhead journeyman or above
 </li>
 <li>
 Vegetation experience in Arboricultiure or Horticulture
 </li>
