 Job Overview
 
 
 supports primary care providers by handling real-time clinical documentation, enabling providers to focus on delivering high-quality patient care. This role involves working closely with providers throughout the patient visit process&mdash;from pre-visit planning to post-visit documentation and follow-ups.
 
 In addition to traditional scribing responsibilities, this position plays a key role in improving clinical documentation accuracy, supporting value-based care initiatives, and assisting in identifying and closing care gaps.
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 1. Documenting Patient Encounters (:80%)
 <ul>
 <li>
 Accompany providers during patient visits to observe and document encounters in real time
 </li>
 <li>
 Record detailed clinical notes including history of present illness (HPI), physical exam, assessment, and plan
 </li>
 <li>
 Assign appropriate CPT and ICD-10 codes
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare After Visit Summaries (AVS)
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with providers to ensure accurate and complete documentation
 </li>
 </ul>
 2. Clinical Documentation Improvement (:10%)
 <ul>
 <li>
 Request and review patient medical records
 </li>
 <li>
 Utilize population health tools to enhance documentation quality
 </li>
 <li>
 Support daily huddles and clinical documentation reviews
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify opportunities to improve clinical documentation
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 3. Administrative Support (:10%)
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Assist with orders, referrals, and task management
 </li>
 <li>
 Support providers and care teams with documentation-related activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform additional administrative duties as needed
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 Required Qualifications:
 
 
 
 Knowledge:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Understanding of medical terminology and common medications (through education or clinical experience)
 </li>
 <li>
 Exposure to clinical settings (shadowing, internships, or volunteering preferred)
 </li>
 <li>
 Prior scribe or transcription experience is a plus
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Skills:
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Strong listening and communication abilities
 </li>
 <li>
 High level of computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly
 </li>
 <li>
 Multilingual skills are a plus (based on role requirements)
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Abilities:

 Ability to adapt quickly to new workflows and clinical environments
 </li>
 <li>
 Typing speed of 70+ WPM preferred (include typing speed on resume)
 </li>

 Strong attention to detail and ability to follow provider direction

 Reliable attendance and professionalism in an in-person setting
 </li>

 Commitment to at least 1 year in the role (2+ years preferred)

Clinical Informatics Specialist

 Job Description:
 
 
 
 
 First few weeks of the training will be on Dayshift schedule
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Execute QC activities, working with the day and night shift managers, including sample receipt, prioritization, and accurate entry into LIMS.
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform routine and complex analytical testing in chemistry, bioassay, and/or microbiology, including STAT testing as required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure accurate, compliant documentation in accordance with GDP, GMP, and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support laboratory investigations related to deviations or OOS results and communicate shift-level risks to QC leadership.
 </li>
 <li>
 Utilize electronic systems including LIMS, Biovia (LES, ELN, CIMS/CISPro), and Veeva Vault (QualityDocs, QMS).
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate cross-functionally to meet testing timelines and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Preferred - Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a scientific discipline or equivalent experience, entry level will be considered.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience working in a GMP-regulated environment and ability to work independently.
 </li>
